I am experiencing ongoing issues with my vehicle's HVAC system, which was subject to a recall at Perry Ford dealership. Despite two visits, the problem persists, with the front AC and heater not functioning, while the rear does. The dealership noted that no issues were found during the second visit. I have recorded evidence to support my claim. Can you please provide assistance in understanding why the system appears to be working only intermittently?

I recently brought my truck in for recall services and had a great experience. Edgar, my service advisor, was very professional both when I dropped off and picked up my truck. He kept me informed throughout the process and stayed in contact regarding the timing for when my vehicle would be ready. Everything ran smoothly, and I truly appreciated the communication and professionalism. Thank you for taking great care of my vehicle.

You talk about crooks. I have never seen something shady as this place. I work in the industry and ot gets a bad wrap because of people such as these. I went in to buy a vehicle. I needed insurance so they sold me $418 for a month which I was good with. They then put diesel fuel in a gasoline vehicle and then told me they needed all this other stuff to let the vehicle go after we already did all the paperwork and in hand. Was waiting on the vehicle to comeback from gas station to leave with it. It comeback on a tow truck. The deal was then rewind and gave me the down-payment back but didnt refund thw $418. Now im out 418 $ because they say its not thier issue anymore because its a second party.

Great service and communication. Since my husband and I both work, it was difficult to find time to take our car to the shop - using Ford's pickup and drop-off option was extremely useful and convenient. We are very happy with the service and foresight of Perry Ford's service team.

I’ve officially lost faith in Ford National City. This is the second time they’ve done me wrong. The first time, my car sat there for 2½ weeks with no real updates from Hector, my service advisor. When I asked about a rental, he told me to rent one out of my own pocket and that I’d be reimbursed — but only after I’d already waited two weeks! I had to Uber back and forth to work while still making payments on a car I couldn’t even use. This time, it seems Hector didn’t want to deal with me, so I got passed to Alyssa for a recall appointment. She told me right away I’d need to leave my car for a few weeks, which I’ve already been through before. When I finally picked up my car, the tire was completely flat. Alyssa just added air and said they couldn’t patch it — then offered me $50 off a new tire if I ordered through them. Seriously? It feels like they’re just trying to upsell instead of helping. Two bad experiences, two different advisors — same frustration. I’m done giving this Ford location the benefit of the doubt.
