“Amazing service! Alex Pena was our sales consultant and he made us feel secure in our purchase. My transmission went out and I was at a loss for a car but it took less than two days to find something affordable for my wife and I. 10/10 experience, and when you go try the French vanilla coffee!!”

“I brought my 2023 Nissan Rogue in with a little over 11,000 miles in for an oil change. The car wash broke and hydraulic fluid was spilled all over my vehicle. I was very understanding about the situation. Brought my vehicle in 4 times to have the problem resolved. Still had damage to my vehicle. I was told to file a claim with my insurance. I did, I was going to have to pay my deductible $500, Mossy was going to make around $1200 in labor to fix the problem they caused. It took weeks to get Mossy insurance information. The original incident happened on 3/22/25. I filed a claim with the BBB because their insurance insurance said all I needed was a $250 detailing after my insurance said more than that. The GM has never reached out to me. This is important because the Mossy owns all of the Nissan dealerships in San Diego county.”

“I recently had my car serviced and was helped by an employee, Antonio Barajas, with mild condition of down syndrome who made the entire experience outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a big smile, genuine kindness, and total professionalism. He listened carefully to what I needed, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done right the first time.
What impressed me most was how capable and confident he was—his disorder didn’t affect his work in the slightest. In fact, he was one of the most attentive and detail-oriented employees I’ve met. He checked over everything twice, made sure my car looked perfect before handing it back, and kept a great attitude the whole time. His positivity and humor created such a welcoming environment for everyone in the shop. He’s a great example of how skill, effort, and heart matter far more than anything else, and he’s a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Go Antonio! Such a special fella.”
