I want to thank Carlos Vega for helping me when I took my car in for service. As soon as I told him what I needed, he was super nice and explained everything in a simple way. He kept me updated, and my car came out perfect. If you go to Mossy Nissan, definitely ask for Carlos. He treats people really well and makes the whole process easy.

I recently had my car serviced and was helped by an employee, Antonio Barajas, with mild condition of down syndrome who made the entire experience outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a big smile, genuine kindness, and total professionalism. He listened carefully to what I needed, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done right the first time. What impressed me most was how capable and confident he was—his disorder didn’t affect his work in the slightest. In fact, he was one of the most attentive and detail-oriented employees I’ve met. He checked over everything twice, made sure my car looked perfect before handing it back, and kept a great attitude the whole time. His positivity and humor created such a welcoming environment for everyone in the shop. He’s a great example of how skill, effort, and heart matter far more than anything else, and he’s a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Go Antonio! Such a special fella.

I have been a loyal customer at Nissan National City for years, but that is no longer the case due to my recent experience. I was treated very poorly by a representative in the service department. When I called to schedule an appointment for my car, I was under the impression they offered a courtesy vehicle, as they had done in the past. However, the woman I spoke with insisted on a first-come, first-serve policy and stated that I would need to pay a $52 fee for a rental. I explained to her that I had always received a courtesy vehicle without charge, and she simply told me to come early. At 8:30 I arrived at 8:30 AM, only to find a long line waiting for service. When I spoke to the staff, I was informed that they do not provide courtesy vehicles and I would have to pay for a rental. Confused, I returned to call the woman I had spoken to, expressing my frustration about being given an appointment under these circumstances. Her response was dismissive and rude. She claimed there was only one vehicle available and kept insisting she didn’t understand my concerns, implying it was due to my limited English. This was not only unprofessional, but it also felt discriminatory. When I requested her name for clarification, she hung up on me. Is this really how a loyal customer should be treated? We recently visited Mossy Nissan in National City after checking out a few other dealerships, and honestly, the experience here was on another level. Diana greeted us with such warmth and patience — especially important since we had our little ones with us and they were ready to call it a night! She showed us exactly the cars we were looking for without any pressure at all. The next day we came back, and both Diana and Francisco made everything so easy. I was upfront about using my own credit union financing and not wanting any extras, and they respected that 100%. No pushy sales tactics, just a really smooth, honest process. Francisco even helped us get the test drive and paperwork done quickly since we had a babysitter waiting at home. Big thanks as well to the finance manager and the whole team. This was hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve been to quite a few in San Diego and nearby counties. If you’re thinking about buying, ask for Diana and Francisco. They truly take pride in taking care of their customers. Thank you Mossy Nissan National City!
