Cliff was super helpful, friendly and not pushy. The delivery date changed on my car and he communicated that and was able to aquire the same model/color from another dealer to meet my needs. Would highly recommend.

Went in without an appt because a hose was spraying gasoline. Tyler was AWESOME - he found a part and was able to fix it right away without us having to leave the car. We will definitely be returning for regular services and any other needs!

Service department very lacking. Conflicting stories about some work that I needed done. Tell me my car was ready and had forgotten to do one of the things they were supposed to and had to take it back. Needed a windshield and was talking about getting an aftermarket company to do it and was told that if they did not calibrate the windshield, then Subaru would not honor my warranty of something went wrong. That was not true because as long as you put a factory glass and then the warranty should still be intact. Also, when I bought the car, the delivery was substandard. Most of the electronics do not work as you would. Hope they would for a new car. The infotainment center is really bad. Subaru of America is a absolute no help. I wish I would’ve bought it at Daryl Waltrop if I were to, in fact buy another Subaru

We helped our daughter purchase a new Subaru CrossTrek, and the experience we had with Jacob and the team was the best. They had exactly what we were looking for, were low pressure, and were able to easily accommodate our schedule. It was the easiest car purchase we’ve ever had, and would highly recommend this dealership. We’re looking forward to working them again in the future.
