“My gf was tricked into signing extra 4k warranty service, per request we didnt want that added. Current manager there has verbally stated many times he has cancelled it and we should recieve refund within 30 days, and its has been 65 days and we are still paying apr on the warranty service added to the total cost as well. Recommend do not do business here drive to another subaru location this has happened to many people, great car but employees there unwilling to provide clarification or help. Just stating keep waiting. Very unprofessional, and dont trust them with your information. Save yourself the headache.”
