I found a vehicle online that I really liked so I contacted The dealership. I was matched with a salesman named Jovan. He was such a pleasure. I did not feel like I was dealing with a stereotypical car salesman. He was honest, not pushy, very kind funny, sweet, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. It’s rare when you come across someone This genuine. Thank you for all your help. I couldn’t be more satisfied and to Subaru you’ve got you a good one. He deserves a raise!!!

We helped our daughter purchase a new Subaru CrossTrek, and the experience we had with Jacob and the team was the best. They had exactly what we were looking for, were low pressure, and were able to easily accommodate our schedule. We purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Sport from Nashville Subaru on October 24, 2025, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. We worked closely with Adam Sinnott and Jacob Exum in sales, who made everything effortless by handling negotiations over phone and messaging—this streamlined our visit and saved us valuable time. They were completely transparent, delivering on every promise without a single hiccup. The only surprises were delightful ones! The whole team was friendly, professional, and highly capable. We’ve bought many cars over the years, but this was hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had.

My gf was tricked into signing extra 4k warranty service, per request we didnt want that added. Current manager there has verbally stated many times he has cancelled it and we should recieve refund within 30 days, and its has been 65 days and we are still paying apr on the warranty service added to the total cost as well. Recommend do not do business here drive to another subaru location this has happened to many people, great car but employees there unwilling to provide clarification or help. Just stating keep waiting. Very unprofessional, and dont trust them with your information. Save yourself the headache.
