“The experience was pretty smooth. Toby was very helpful. There were a few miscommunications about shipping the car and the title being lost. I ended up loving the car I purchased (So far so good). However, it did have some non-mechanical parts missing. CarMax ordered them. It has been two weeks, and I am still waiting. I called CarMax, and they said it might be faster to go through the dealer, and they would reimburse me. That is nice, but I really don’t think I should have to do that. Overall, everyone has been friendly.”

They were super helpful and kept us very informed during the entire process. Once our chosen vehicle arrived at their facility, they performed their 12 point inspection and we were free to test drive. The financing dept was great to deal with and their facility was super clean. They have continued to keep in contact to make sure we are enjoying our purchase.”
