“I have been getting regular service and maintenance here since I bought this car from another dealership (April 2025). Today I Pull into the service drive to get some air. Cameron was really nice and filled my tires , But John, one of the employees that checks you in rudely says that “I’m holding up the line” And I replied to him that “that’s very rude”. Then comes out and claps his hands putting pressure and rushing Cameron to fill up my tires to get me out of the service drive. Jon The check-in employee at the service drive Smirking says” This is for paying customers” As if I’ve never spent a dollar there. I will continue doing business with peters Honda as Jon does not represent peters Honda as a whole, or anyone of its employees or affiliates. Every time I Get service here , everyone is very friendly and I receive great service.”

“I had a leak in my 2020 Honda Odyssey. Stephanie set me up for an appointment with the “water doctor”. I needed to leave my vehicle at Peter’s twice and they set me up with a loaner (2 different Odysseys) one a 2024 and the other a 2025. The process was amazingly smooth and super easy. Stephanie did a great job explaining the process to me, she was upfront about the price it would cost and the time it would take. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and really efficient with my insurance and the loaners. I can’t say enough how great my experience was. It isn’t always that way at dealerships. Thank you!!”

“This is what all car dealerships should be. The facility was clean, welcoming, and the inventory was plentiful.
I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in by Felix Nunez. I told him what I was looking to do and he didn’t try to upsell me or steer me away. He showed me exactly what was in my price range and made sure I was happy. He took the time to explain the difference in the trim levels I was considering. Showed me the vehicles and highlighted the key features. They didn’t waste my time and within a half hr we had a deal.
The next day they had the vehicle waiting for me and Felix again displayed his professionalism. He took the time to show me amenities we hadn’t discussed. Hooked up my phone to CarPlay, and made sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving.
There was no pressure. No bait and switch. Just a great experience top-to-bottom.
Warren the Finance Manager was also fantastic. He thoroughly went through the documents with me and made sure I had no questions. In less than 24hrs I was driving my beautiful new car. Thank you Peters!!!”
