His communication and follow-through were top tier.

My salesman, Will Martinez, was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured.
The entire team at Lexus of Naperville did a very good job from start to finish and stayed way later than they should’ve because I came in late, totally on me, but still very accommodating.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.”

“I had a great experience at Lexus of Naperville while having ceramic coating done on the exterior of my Lexus IS, as well as the interior and rims.
Jusuf Memeti was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, provided timely updates, and shared detailed information along the way. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and he consistently provided documentation when needed. He truly went above and beyond by hand-polishing the car and personally cleaning the car mats, which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed.
David Racine and Jonah Tjaarda were very helpful with the ceramic work on the exterior, interior, and rims. They made sure any questions or concerns were addressed and provided reassurance throughout the process. The team was also kind enough to reapply the ceramic coating on the rims complimentary, which speaks to the level of care and customer service they provide.
Dylan Keiser was great to work with as well. He consistently responded to my questions and emails, explained everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Dylan is who I purchased my IS from. He took me on a test drive, kept me informed throughout the process, and addressed any concerns I had along the way.
This is my second vehicle from Lexus of Naperville. I previously purchased a white NX350 and most recently an incognito grey IS350 F Sport. Once again, the experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this dealership and team.”

“I recently purchased a CPO ES 300h from Lexus of Naperville. First, it’s an absolutely beautifully designed dealership you feel good just walking in the door. However, a big reason for that is the customer service they provide. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dylan, who was absolutely awesome! Never did he make me feel any pressure to buy. He was extremely responsive via phone and text for any and all questions I had. I was considering multiple vehicles across several locations. Dylan understood my process giving me the time I needed, yet still being ultimately attentive to any requests I had. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the buying process smooth.
