“I had a very smooth process. I did my research online and found the vehicle I was interested in. I easily contacted the dealership online and received a prompt follow up. I was able to schedule a test drive via text. For me, that was beneficial as it made it easier for me. I went to test drive and met Amir, my sales person and he was great. I enjoyed speaking and working with him. Needless to say I walked out a new car owner. Also I opted not to do a trade in and because I came alone, I had to leave my old car.
