âI had an amazing experience purchasing my Certified Pre Owned Infiniti QX50 from Justin Rogers over at the Infiniti of Naperville location. From the moment I sent a message to Managment and the Manager Dale Morrone they directed me to Justin who made the entire process easy as can be. Every time I entered I was greeted with a bottle of water and whatever process we were in was ready to go. Once I purchased the vehicle I stated that I wanted to get some window tint applied and that was taken care of within days and provided a loaner so I was not stuck at the dealership. Finance went very smooth and Jacob Korallus explained everything well and had some great conversations with the young man. Overall everyone had a positive attitude, was very helpful and gave me that family feel as I was walking out the door like, I can call these guys if I needed them to help me with another vehicle. THANK YOU INFINITI OF NAPERVILLE!â

âI had a very smooth process. I did my research online and found the vehicle I was interested in. I easily contacted the dealership online and received a prompt follow up. I was able to schedule a test drive via text. For me, that was beneficial as it made it easier for me. I went to test drive and met Amir, my sales person and he was great. I enjoyed speaking and working with him. Needless to say I walked out a new car owner.
Also I opted not to do a trade in and because I came alone, I had to leave my old car. Amir assured my car would be ok to leave overnight. I went the next day to get my car and just as Amir assured, my car was just fine.
Yes, I had to go back and forth with the price. But never did I feel pressure. It made it a good buying experience and I was pleased.â

âI rolled in with my 2018 Q50 Sport worried that my turbos were failing (not exactly a cheap fix). Jon and the entire service team at Infinity of Naperville treated me like family from the moment I pulled up.
They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, fought with Infiniti corporate to get both turbos 100% covered under warranty (even though the car is 7 years old), and had me back on the road with zero out-of-pocket cost.
While the work was being done they handed me the keys to a brand-new 2026 QX60 as a loaner⊠and wow. That SUV is incredible. Smooth, quiet, packed with techâI honestly didnât even miss my car for the week they had it. Driving that QX60 actually made the whole experience feel like an upgrade instead of an inconvenience.
Jon kept me updated often, and made sure everything was perfect before I picked it up. The car now runs stronger than the day I bought itâboost comes on like a rocket and zero hesitation.
Iâve been to other dealers before and always left feeling nickel-and-dimed. Infinity of Naperville is the complete opposite. Honest, transparent, and they genuinely care about their customers.
Thank you Jon and the whole Naperville teamâyouâve earned a customer for life. Every future oil change, tire rotation, or major repair will be done right here. Canât recommend them highly enough!
