“Loved our sales rep Niko Gofron, and you will, too. Highly recommend him, as he's a young adult busting his butt and working hard. Outside of him, the dealership tried to convince me that the vehicle price offered very clearly online was not the actual price, and that the actual price I'd have to pay is higher, and then argued with me about it until I refused to talk to them anymore and told them I was no longer interested. After that, they said I could have the vehicle at the price offered online. Absolute nonsense, and a clear bait and switch. I wasn't even asking them to come down from what's listed as the price on their website. The warranty sales push was then far above and beyond reasonable, and the worst and most aggressive I've ever encountered in my 38 yrs of buying vehicles. I told the person I had no interest in an extended warranty and he spent a solid 20-30 mins pushing, coaxing and then actually coming across as if he was shaming me for not taking it and implying I'm not making an intelligent financial decision. Look, I appreciate these warranties and understand that they serve certain consumers very well, but he wouldn't accept my "no thanks" after explaining it wasn't something I needed. Overall, I'll never set foot in this place again unless forced, and I hope that our sales rep Niko finds a better and more accommodating place to work in the future. It's kind of a shame, because they had a nice selection of vehicles.”
