“We had the best experience we have ever had at a dealership with these wonderful people. They did everything in their power to get me into a car I absolutely fell in love with. From our salesman Micheal Maely to our finance guy. I can’t thank you all enough. I recommend BMW-Mercedes of Myrtle Beach for your car needs cause they will make you feel welcome, make you feel like family and go above and beyond for you. I have never dealt with any other business like theirs. You all have my respect and appreciation.
UPDATE: Even after we left our finance guy Chuck continued to work on our loan and got us a low interest rate, even more knocked off the price of the vehicle and a lower payment. Chuck we send you much love, respect and appreciation. You rock!”

“Best experience car shopping we have ever had. Our car salesman was Paul Keil. Paul was professional and wonderful to work with. He was extremely patient and answered every single one of our questions. He encouraged us to test drive. We took 3 different X3 vehicles for test drives. He explained every option of each vehicle. The car we chose was bought and ready the same day. Also, would like to thank Chuck in the finance department. He, too, was wonderful to work with. Buying a car can be stressful, Paul took all the stress out of the buying process and made it extremely comfortable.”

Premier customer service. Many other friendly salesman and employees who want nothing other than a satisfied customer. Jason from finance, Matt from Finance, many more make my time and effort to shop nothing more than locally. Trading in to upgrade was incredibly rewarding.
I ask any of you who go to BMW of MB to request Michael Maely. He knows southern hospitality and will deliver.
