“Ray was wonderful to deal with. He was up front and honest about vehicles. We had originally gone in to the dealership to look at a different car than what I bought. The first words out of his mouth were “I’m gonna be honest with you, this is wrong with it”. I appreciated that so much. Instead of that vehicle we left with a 2014 Jetta. They looked everything over for a full service and easily could have told us that everything was fine and sent us on our way but they didn’t. They found 2 minor issues and we have to take the car back when the parts come in and they’re repairing those parts. It was a 70+ mile trip home and the car was great. The only issue we can find is that the charging port doesn’t work but that’s normal wear and tear and not a difficult or expensive fix. It’s only been 12 hours but so far we are incredibly happy with our purchase and the service that we received. My daughter couldn’t have been happier with her surprise! Thanks Ray!”
