“The worst service I’ve ever received. I took my Rav4 in for an oil change and, when I got home, I noticed it was smoking. I checked the engine and realized the oil cap was missing, leaving the entire engine covered in oil. I’ve tried calling several times, and no one answers the phone. Completely irresponsible and extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend this place.
Update: And it doesn't matter if they tell you to text their personal number. Even if you do, they won't answer. Their irresponsibility is unbelievable.”

“Great Parts department! I ordered some parts for my old and wonderful Toyota Tundra. The online tool said I selected parts that fit the truck, but thanks to sharing my Vin the folks at Larry Miller's parts department informed me that I selected the wrong part number for my motor. They helped me get the correct and less expensive part (with a discount over other local dealer prices), had it ready when I walked in and offered advice related to the code the truck was throwing. Amazing experience, great people, and thanks to their help our Tundra is happy as the day we brought it home 17 years ago.”

“One word.... PHENOMENAL!!!
Truly one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car. The dealership is clean, inviting, the sales staff is attentive without being "pushy", and they have a wide selection of both new and used cars.
Special call-outs:
Tom S... a spectacular salesman. Great follow-up, excellent communication, and a low-key approach that puts the customer first. He's solution oriented with a goal of making a win-win situation during your purchase. Tom is a salesman I would want to come back to, and hopefully I'll get the chance.
Collin, sales manager... again, just an awesome person to get to know. He listens, looks for positive solutions, and doesn't waste time. He went above and beyond, thinking outside the box, and made the purchase a no-brainer. He literally made it happen.
Staff... having the opportunity to hang out a bit, I can honestly say that everyone, from the service to the sales to the administration employees feel like they enjoy being here. Very customer service oriented.
This is a dealership I feel I can trust. I was open about my fears of buying and they both bent over backwards to make me comfortable with the purchase. End result... I'm going home with a car today, the one we wanted, at a great price.
Next time we look for a vehicle, I'll start here!”
