“Shane did a fantastic job working to get me in a new 2026 Sentra SR! My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Boro Nissan,and we very pleased with how easy and smooth it went.
I started this journey with Boro Nissan by buying a used Altima SR from a competitor,and felt it would be better to have a Nissan dealership handle the service.
I was always treated great by service until I purchased a brand new 2026 Sentra SR,and had an issue a few weeks later.
I had my high mount brake light stop working,so I decided to stop by the dealership to let them take a look,thinking it was just something minor.
I had my windows tinted by a very good shop,which has done several of my vehicles over the years and has always did a fantastic job.
So,thinking it mighty be just the connection came loose,within minutes I was told I would need to return to the tint guy because it was supposive he butchered the wires and broke the connector,and if i wanted the dealership to fix it that it would be over $1,000.00 or more ...
I didn't believe this to be the case knowing the work the tint shop had done previously.
So I got home,I pulled the cover myself to see what I could...
No broken connector,no butchered wires,but simply a wire that appears to me just came loose from the pin in the connector.
Funny thing is,I had my windows done Feb 23rd,and light worked thru March 6th supposive without a wire being connected...
Service is extremely quick to point their finger to someone else if they can if it may be a warranty issue...
After contacting my salesman and telling him what had taken place,he helped me to get the issue resolved,but in the whole 3+hrs I was there waiting,not one person from service ever acknowledged i was there or talked with me about my vehicle or what had happened a few days earlier.
This is not how this should have been handled...
This is not how you retain customers!!!
So disappointed with this service department and their staff...”

“Bought a 2026 Nissan Armada. Landon Primm was our salesman & he did a very good job explaining the different trims of the Armadas. Not pushy about sales pitches & has a great personality. Arisha did a fantastic job explaining all the gadgets & technology associated with our new ride. Isaiah was our finance guy…great personality, honest, & up front with communication. Would recommend all 3 of these individuals & this dealership for your future vehicle purchase!”

“Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I live a few hours away but found the exact car I had been looking for. Specifically called prior to making the drive asking if there were any mandatory add ons to the price and was told no just the admin fee. Well that was a lie. There were around $2500 of extras. After going back and forth I was able to get the extra add ons taken off, but I 100% would not have made the drive had I known I was going to have to negotiate something I was never interested in.
Then the price is higher if you pay cash so I agreed to finance in order to get the discount with the intentions of paying it off immediately so I didn’t care much about the rate. Get into the finance office and my rate is insanely high when both my husband and I have over 800 credit score. Extremely shady way to do business. I was asked to wait 90 days before paying it off but I will not be doing that with such an insane rate.
Lastly, I was just ready to get out of there and get home so I quickly checked the finance papers before signing to make sure the total price agreed on hadn’t changed. It looked fine then they also had to collect sales tax which is normal so I didn’t pay much attention to it. I signed and we went on our way. Get home and looked over things and the sales tax charged was DOUBLE what I should have been charged. So now I get to call and deal with that come Monday. Will never be back and will warn others.”
