“Took my car in to get the stereo. Reset, they said it would take a day to diagnostic and fix it took a week and a 1/2, and then when I got it back, my - cluster doesn't work my heating and cooling climate control doesn't work, my air suspension doesn't work. And I can't hook an OBD2 port reader up to it to figure out what's going on anymore, and I could hook an OBT2 reader to it before I took it in also my gages would respond now I have no response from my gages, my heating and air. Is still not working? And I can't figure it out. Why and my OBD2 port wont-work and nobody else can fix my car now because of this. It worked before I took it to Cadillac. I went and picked it up $510. Later, after wanting my stereo reset, they said I needed a rear integration module and nothing is working now that was working before and if I take the rear integration module out and put the old one back in not even it is helping my car work like it did before I took it in And to think how much it's gonna cost me more to have them. Look at it again and fix that problem when I didn't even take it in to get that problem messed with to begin with. It wasn't a problem, just the stereo they wouldn't fix the stereo without diagnosing it. I let them diagnose it. They fixed my stereo, said I needed a rear integration module. I bought that and took it to him because it's a discontinued item, they put it in now, nothing works. And they charged me five hundred and ten dollars to mess my car up more than they fixed it it's very discouraging knowing I work on cars and they treat me like I'm an idiot after they tear my stuff up and convince me that it's all my fault, charged me $510 and the only thing they fixed was the stereo I asked him to nothing else that they have touched is fixed. It's worse now than it was before they touched it.”
