“My car was brought into the dealership back in August. A part was on backorder that they told me they would contact me when it came in. I was never contacted. I had to bring my car in earlier this month for a leak in a hose, which was also on backorder. My car was at the dealership for eight days, at that point I had no loaner car which was a disaster. Also, at that time since my car was there for eight days I asked them about the backordered part from August 3 times they told me it would be addressed. When I picked up my car, I asked if it was addressed. I was told yes! It wasn’t. The sensor light was still on since August. I had to bring the car back the day after Christmas and have the sensor fixed. I was obviously dismissed when I asked about the sensor three times! The service I received was absolutely unacceptable and really disappointing!”
