“We recently visited Bud Clary Toyota to look at a few models we had narrowed our search down to. We worked with Christopher (Chris), who was patient, helpful, and gave us plenty of time to explore the vehicles and take a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure, which we really appreciated.
After talking things over at home, we returned the next day. The sales manager, Gary, walked us through numbers on several different models and worked with us to get the payment right where we were comfortable.
A quick backstory: we bought a car from Jeremy several years ago, and that positive experience is what brought us back. Jeremy remembered us after all this time. He’s now the finance manager, but he was involved and supportive throughout the entire process.
From start to finish, everything was easy and straightforward. We never felt pressured to buy something we didn’t want or couldn’t afford. A big thank‑you to Gary, Chris, and Jeremy, an excellent team of professionals with a true customer‑first attitude.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend Bud Clary Toyota.”

“I purchased my 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro from this dealership and had a very smooth and professional buying process. Communication was clear from start to finish, with zero pressure to add extra packages or insurance.
I live about 300 miles away, and Wyatt was incredibly helpful - he negotiated the price over the phone and sent detailed photos so I could inspect the vehicle remotely before making the trip. Everything matched what was promised when I arrived.
Very straightforward, honest team and a truly hassle-free purchase. Highly recommend, especially working with Wyatt.”

“They were very good honoring the “Bud Clary Care” oil change and didn’t charge me the total cost for the diagnostic procedure. Also charged the car overnight inside their shop. But! I scheduled a ride home and a ride back to the business (the ride to/from was really important for me). Sat there from 9:45am to 11:30am when they finally got around to giving me a ride home. Then they forgot I needed a ride back to the shop and had to leave my car there overnight. Told me they’d be there at 8:20 the next morning because I had another appointment that morning. Forgot me again. Had to find my own ride back to get car. Also the man answering the phone was rude and abrupt and I was NOT rude at all. Won’t go here again for serving our Toyotas.”

“Hands down the worst service experience of my life. I scheduled an appointment for a rear brake change and swap a broken lug bolt, 8 days out no problem. I was called 4 days later saying the parts I ordered are in (false, as you will see later in my story) and I need to schedule an appointment, but I never ordered parts and had only scheduled an appointment for things that I was told were in stock. Drop my car off for a 7:30AM appointment but apparently when they say appointment they mean “checkin” cuz they don’t have the management skills to adhere to a schedule. So finally they say it’s done at 5:10PM I head over and they call me at 5:20 on my way and they ask me if I wanted brake drums too… duhhhhhhhhh well apparently those never showed up and they didn’t have them in stock. All of this, 8 days after I made this appointment. So I arrive at 5:30 (when they close) to pickup my truck because I need it for work the next day. Supposedly there was an issue uploading photos so I sat around for 2 hours before I could even see my truck and guess what. I never even got the photos and they forgot to swap the lug bolt like I explicitly stated every time I communicated with them that day. I even wrote where the part (that they didn’t have in stock) was on the key drop envelope. They didn’t even question sending me out with 5/6 lug bolts like that was normal… I made them lift it up and swap it then and there. So I finally get out of there 3 hours after they said it was ready. The brakes are now worse than when I took them in. If I apply the handbrake the car still moves in drive without touching the gas. Then they wanted $250 for 1 brake drum!!! Literally robbery. I bought the most expensive one from Rock Auto for $88 a piece. Then they did my biggest pet peeve by UGGA DUGGA on the lug nuts and cranked them to 200ftlb so I wouldn’t be able to swap a flat tire on my own. They did a multi point inspection and suggested I get a transfer case service. It’s RWD, there is no transfer case 🤣 No way they are ever touching my truck again… at-least the employees were chill, probably to chill.”

“We purchased a Toyota Grand Hybrid Highlander from Bud Clary and our experience was "AWESOME"! Over the years we have purchased many cars and this was one of the easiest purchases. They gave us a very good price for our trade in and that made the deal even better!!
Wyatt was our salesperson and he was sharp.
He answered all questions we had and if he wasn't sure he said he wasn't sure and would find out and he GOT back to us . Very impressed with that.
In the future if we are looking for a new car I will definitely go back to Bud Clary.”
