“Today I purchased a used 2022 Bronco Wildtrak from Natalie White. She met me in the parking lot and asked me what I was looking for. I had looked prior on Mike Murphy Ford's website and I had in mind what I was looking for. We test drove the Bronco. It road well, maybe a little louder than my 2016 Jeep Wrangler JKU I had, but this thing had all the extras I was looking for. Newer Ford Sync, Adaptive Cruise Control, 360 Camera, Lane Assist, Lane Alert. Decent Stereo, Heated Steering Wheel, Heated Seats, Dual Comfort Zone. I could go on and on.”

“Came into the experience very wary of car dealerships, I've been burnt in the past. The sales/finance team over at Mike Murphy (specifically Justin and Alicia) have customer service down to a science. Extremely low pressure, very accommodating, found the perfect vehicle that fit all of our needs right in our price range. They went above and beyond in hammering out the details with my chosen financer, made sure that the deal was absolutely what we wanted and would fit our needs. The pushiness of other car dealerships is why I LOATHE going, however, Mike Murphy Ford is the exception. I will be going back when it's time to upgrade into something newer/nicer. If I could give more stars, I would. Honesty is key in selling vehicles, and these guys were incredible. Thank you to everyone out at Mike Murphy Ford for making this experience as awesome as it was.”

“If you like adventure, suspense, family drama, and the occasional roadside breakdown—then buckle up, because this is the best used car buying story you’ll read today. We were left vehicle-less after an accident in our old Suburban (not our fault, thank you very much). With golf trips for our kids on the horizon, we needed another big Suburban ASAP. Enter: Drew at Mike Murphy Ford. Now, this Suburban hadn’t even made it to the online photo stage yet—it was basically still “backstage.” But Drew answered every question, gave it a test drive, and assured us this was the one. We trusted him so much that we literally packed our vacation gear into Grandma’s SUV and drove from Lockport to Morton, IL, ready to buy this thing sight-unseen. Test drive? Perfect. Transaction? Smooth. Drew? Rock solid. We transferred all our vacation bags, golf clubs, and family snacks into the “new” Suburban, waved goodbye to Grandma, and headed off to the Lake of the Ozarks feeling like champions. Twenty miles later… plot twist. The transmission decided it was auditioning for Fast & Furious: Transmission Fail. Cruise control gave up, the RPMs went berserk, and suddenly we were stranded at sunset in Western Illinois—bags, kids, golf dreams, and all. Here’s where most dealerships would ghost you. Not Mike Murphy Ford. Drew picked up his phone (on a holiday weekend!) and calmly gave us next steps: call their trusted tow service, get it back to Morton, and they’d figure it out. Grandma, bless her, rerouted her entire trip, scooped us off the highway, and (silver lining) ended up joining us for a surprise Ozarks vacation. While we were at the lake, Drew kept in touch—reassuring us, explaining options, and even offering us a loaner from their used fleet. By the time we got home, they’d already diagnosed the issue: the transmission was toast. But here’s the mic drop—Mike Murphy Ford replaced it with a remanufactured transmission, complete with a 3-year, unlimited-mile warranty. And the cherry on top? They had a porter drive the Suburban two hours to our house and pick up the loaner. Who does that anymore? So yes, our vacation started in a ditch (literally). But Mike Murphy Ford turned it into one of the best used-car buying experiences we’ve ever had. We went from stranded, stressed-out parents on the side of the highway to proud owners of a fully repaired Suburban with peace of mind. Drew Quisenberry, you’re the MVP. Mike Murphy Ford, you’ve got customers for life.”

Our sales associate, Dan McGrail, is a great guy to deal with--friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Dan answered all our questions promptly and got us the deal we were looking for with zero pressure. Alicia Holden, the finance manager, made the buying process very efficient and easy, and the owner, Mike Murphy came over to personally thank us for our business when we were done. We drove three hours to purchase our new 2025 Expedition from this dealer because of the price and the way we were treated over the phone and in person, and it was well worth it. “I’ve bought 5 New cars and a dozen used cars from them. Going back to the 1998 at the old store. Even my kids buy there. The honest sales team and finance department keep us coming back. We drive 5 hours from Kansas City to still do business with them!! It’s not often you see the owner walking around making sure everything is going ok. This is a first class dealership.”
