“Not just this experience but every experience that I’ve had with Bob Grim in Morton Il, has been pretty amazing right down to when I purchased my truck. They made sure that I had exactly what I needed for the work that my fiancé’s business is doing. Anytime that I’ve needed service on my truck, they’ve been able to either fit me in the same day or schedule an appointment shortly thereafter. The people that I’ve had the chance to worked with have always been very informative and didn’t try selling me product that I didn’t need. They’ve always been very customer friendly and very knowledgeable about their job. All in all I would give them a 10 out of 10 on customer service, product, and the family friendly environment while either waiting on your service or even if you decide to have them take you home while they’re working on your vehicle and come back and pick you up to return you to the dealership outstanding Family/business to work with.
