“I try to be fair, and the couple oil changes I’ve done were rather quick. But a couple very huge safety issues and I head to leave a bad review. 1. I asked for my tires to be rotated a specific way. The service guy said “I got you”. Well you don’t. I had a completely unsafe, bald tire where I asked for it not to be. 2. Worse, I noticed that my front skid plate is hanging low in the drivers side. This is a 2024, not old at all. I look down and both the bolts are literally hanging on by a thread. What would have happened if I was doing 70 on the highway and a bolt or worse the skid plate falls off and hurts someone? The drivers side bolt will not even catch. Time for the BBB to step in.”
