“I purchased my 2025 Kia Sportage last year from Jawaan Kingwood at Kia South, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
Jawaan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all the features of the Sportage and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. There was absolutely no pressure — just honest guidance and genuine care.
Even after the purchase, he made sure I was satisfied and understood everything about my vehicle. That level of customer service really stood out to me.

“I had another Great Experience with Salesman Q "Qurban Girard." He got me in my first Kia Sorento in 2021 and 5 years later he made sure I got in a 2026 new Kia ,Grace! He was beyond professional and so was his teammate in finance Rashad Middlebrooks. I had a phenomenal experience. Also is was an honor seeing this young man go from having no kids in 2021 to now having a Beautiful Wife and 2 Children! If you are on the fence, just ask for Q!”

“I went in needed a new car to replace the one I had asap. I didn't qualify for the trade-in but I did qualify for a brand new 2025 Kai Sorento which came with 2500$ in credits, that helped lower the price. I did put 3000$ down, however I really wanted the luxury version. 😕 But that would have required me to put a little more, than I was comfortable with at the time, down. However, I do have 30 days to reconsider so if my money comes in right, I most definitely will go back and trade it in for the one I truly want!!! 🙏🏾🤞🏾 I got the total coverage package which increased my payments by 150$ but I don't have to pay for anything on the car, not even an oil change!!! This includes gap coverage!! All in all, I'm satisfied, they really worked with me even though I was in between jobs!!”

“If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went to purchase a used Lexus from. Not only was the car in poor shape. The fluids weren’t filled up or anything. I filled the fluids up myself. Lights were missing. Bumpers were 2 different colors on fronts and back. Back valance was hanging off the car. It gets worse. We negotiated on a 50 dollar cheaper price and signed off on it. They still tried to make the price the initial price on not what we negotiated. So on top of the car being in horrible shape and over priced they tried to do dirty business with no fulfilling the negotiated price. Then lied about it being that price “because of the gap insurance” which is a complete lie because Insurance is insurance not car note! On top of that we were there from 3:30pm to closing time at the dealer. Horrible business practices!! Complete joke of a business! Don’t waste your day’s nor money on this dealer. They lie through their teeth with a smile. I’m looking to sue them as I type this because of bad business practices.”

“Qurban Girard and Mr. Rashad Middlebrooks the Finance Manager were very cordial, professional and patient with me. They treated me like I was family and or their Sister or Mother. They made me feel welcome upon entering the Kia dealership and they certainly took a lot of time listening to me and found me the car I asked for and liked. Qurban Girard really spent a lot of time with me while I was deciding on the car I was comfortable with. Qurban was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. His demeanor was very respectful and professional. He should be recognized for his professionalism, kindness, patience and how well he multi-tasked to assist multiple customers at the same time showing courteous and a great listening ear. Mr. Rashad Middlebrooks the Finance Manager also worked diligently on the finance end during the process and was very professional and respectful. This is a great place to shop for a new car. They will treat you like family and listen to you to get you a a reliable vehicle at a great price. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I can assure you that they have the best service and offer in town.”
