“I got a new RHO right before Christmas I love the truck but 2 days later when I washed it on Christmas Eve I found a spot where paint was chipped in the seam of the hood that I have never even opened so I took it back after the holidays and was told that they would make me a appointment so I got called back not with a appointment but saying I need to take it to Knoxville and see if they would fix it I am not taking it to Knoxville I have a job and don’t feel like I should need to be the one missing work I should be able to get this fixed where I bought it so look at your new vehicle close looks like I will be taking my new truck to some body shop and paying for it myself Where did service go?”

“I purchased a 2025 big horn ram on 01/02/2026. The process was smooth and was not pressured at all which is bonus. AJ the sales person was awesome. He worked with me for over 2 hours explaining the difference in vehicles that I was interested in. My experience with farris was awesome from AJ and the rest of the staff. Top notch and highly recommend farris cdrj of Morristown.”

“To be clear. This is the first Google review I’ve ever left. Period. ⭐️ One Star – Absolute Stealership Bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (69k miles) here and it’s been a disaster from minute one. The salesman knew very little about the vehicle but confidently claimed it had passed their full mechanical “inspection.” Before I even left the lot, the 4-wheel drive didn’t work. Let that “mechanical inspection” sink in. Despite this, I was encouraged to leave a positive Google review before even driving the vehicle away from the salesmen, which felt wildly premature. He even offered to walk me through how to do it there. It felt pressuring and I declined. The initial monthly price estimates were laughably high (they’re not getting you the best payment here on the first try that’s for sure), and only after signing paperwork did we learn the price didn’t include a warranty. They then step you in to finance to sell you a warranty that turned out to be essentially useless. A few weeks later, I noticed the Jeep had an oil leak - ended up being a faulty oil cooler - not covered, of course. The vehicle then sat for weeks waiting on repairs. When I raised these concerns with the manager, Scott, to see if Farris could assist with repair cost since we hadn’t drove the vehicle just 3-4 weeks his quoted response was: “Sometimes when you buy a used car, you buy used car problems.” Apparently, that’s their explanation for selling a vehicle with existing mechanical failures (remember that complete mechanical inspection the salesman hyped up). Zero accountability. Zero integrity. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. The Farris slogan is “The Dealer for the People.” In reality, it feels much closer to “The Stealer from the People.” If you enjoy being misled, rushed into positive reviews, upsold on ineffective warranties, and dismissed when real problems appear, this is your place. If not, save yourself the headache and take your business literally anywhere else. At 34 years old, this is the worst vehicle purchase I’ve experienced. Oh, and that useless warranty they talk you into… it’s calculated into the already upside down finance total. Biggest scam of my life. If you’ve had a similar experience with this lot be sure to contact the Better Business Bureau as I am.”

“Five-Star Experience at Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle at Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge. Our salesman, Keaton, was very young and still gaining experience, but he handled the process with a level of professionalism and care that truly impressed us. He was thoughtful, respectful, and did a wonderful job guiding us through each step. One of the things we appreciated most was the hometown feel of the dealership. The sales floor didn’t have all the flashy bells and whistles you see at bigger places—no unnecessary props or overly polished displays. Instead, it had a simple, comfortable, down-to-earth vibe that actually made us feel more confident in the deal we were getting. It felt like we weren’t paying for someone else’s fancy overhead, just for a good vehicle at a fair price. The finance manager, Randall, also deserves credit for making the process quick, easy, and stress-free. He didn’t try to upsell us on add-ons we didn’t need and was incredibly efficient in getting the paperwork completed. Above all, we felt like everyone we interacted with respected our time, kept things moving, and got us on our way quickly.”

“I had andrew and he done very well with us, traded my 2018 ford f150 in for a 2021 ram rebel and its been amazing. They got us as close on payments as they could and we signed the papers and went with it. He was a great salesman go see Andrew today!”
