I just had such a wonderful experience with Farris! Andrew helped my family feel comfortable every step of the way and he even prayed with us, that's so unheard of in the world today. He and the rest of the team were not pushy and were completely transparent with us. They listened to what I needed and made it happen. I'm going to miss my Camry, but I am so excited to have many new adventures in my Trailblazer. So, thank you, Andrew for everything. May God continue to bless you and your family. And, thank you, Farris for setting the standard high and maintaining it.

After lots of searching and different dealerships throughout Tri-Cities and even North Carolina so glad we found Farris online and went to check them out. If you want to be treated like family and get a good deal, go to Farris Dodge Jeep. You will not be disappointed. We finally found our Jeep that checked all our wants and needs. Met with Keaton Trent great sales person to deal with he let us look around and when we decided on Jeep we wanted got the keys and let is take a drive. No high pressure sales tactics. Dealership makes you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. This is one of the easiest no bull deals we have ever made when dealing with buying a vehicle. If you want to be treated like family and get a good deal go to Farris Dodge Jeep you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend him for his easy going .. non pressure .. extremely professional personality // attitude…he was knowledgeable and was able to move through the trade // purchase process efficiently and professionally .. I got a new RHO right before Christmas I love the truck but 2 days later when I washed it on Christmas Eve I found a spot where paint was chipped in the seam of the hood that I have never even opened so I took it back after the holidays and was told that they would make me a appointment so I got called back not with a appointment but saying I need to take it to Knoxville and see if they would fix it I am not taking it to Knoxville I have a job and don’t feel like I should need to be the one missing work I should be able to get this fixed where I bought it so look at your new vehicle close looks like I will be taking my new truck to some body shop and paying for it myself Where did service go?

I had andrew and he done very well with us, traded my 2018 ford f150 in for a 2021 ram rebel and its been amazing. They got us as close on payments as they could and we signed the papers and went with it. He was a great salesman go see Andrew today!
