âI purchased a 2025 big horn ram on 01/02/2026. The process was smooth and was not pressured at all which is bonus. AJ the sales person was awesome. He worked with me for over 2 hours explaining the difference in vehicles that I was interested in. My experience with farris was awesome from AJ and the rest of the staff. Top notch and highly recommend farris cdrj of Morristown.â

âTo be clear. This is the first Google review Iâve ever left. Period.
âď¸ One Star â Absolute Stealership
Bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (69k miles) here and itâs been a disaster from minute one. The salesman knew very little about the vehicle but confidently claimed it had passed their full mechanical âinspection.â Before I even left the lot, the 4-wheel drive didnât work. Let that âmechanical inspectionâ sink in.
Despite this, I was encouraged to leave a positive Google review before even driving the vehicle away from the salesmen, which felt wildly premature. He even offered to walk me through how to do it there. It felt pressuring and I declined.
The initial monthly price estimates were laughably high (theyâre not getting you the best payment here on the first try thatâs for sure), and only after signing paperwork did we learn the price didnât include a warranty. They then step you in to finance to sell you a warranty that turned out to be essentially useless. A few weeks later, I noticed the Jeep had an oil leak - ended up being a faulty oil cooler - not covered, of course. The vehicle then sat for weeks waiting on repairs.
When I raised these concerns with the manager, Scott, to see if Farris could assist with repair cost since we hadnât drove the vehicle just 3-4 weeks his quoted response was: âSometimes when you buy a used car, you buy used car problems.â Apparently, thatâs their explanation for selling a vehicle with existing mechanical failures (remember that complete mechanical inspection the salesman hyped up).
Zero accountability. Zero integrity. Once they have your money, youâre on your own.
The Farris slogan is âThe Dealer for the People.â In reality, it feels much closer to âThe Stealer from the People.â
If you enjoy being misled, rushed into positive reviews, upsold on ineffective warranties, and dismissed when real problems appear, this is your place. If not, save yourself the headache and take your business literally anywhere else. At 34 years old, this is the worst vehicle purchase Iâve experienced. Oh, and that useless warranty they talk you into⌠itâs calculated into the already upside down finance total. Biggest scam of my life. If youâve had a similar experience with this lot be sure to contact the Better Business Bureau as I am.â

âFive-Star Experience at Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge
We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle at Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge. Our salesman, Keaton, was very young and still gaining experience, but he handled the process with a level of professionalism and care that truly impressed us. He was thoughtful, respectful, and did a wonderful job guiding us through each step.
One of the things we appreciated most was the hometown feel of the dealership. The sales floor didnât have all the flashy bells and whistles you see at bigger placesâno unnecessary props or overly polished displays. Instead, it had a simple, comfortable, down-to-earth vibe that actually made us feel more confident in the deal we were getting. It felt like we werenât paying for someone elseâs fancy overhead, just for a good vehicle at a fair price.
The finance manager, Randall, also deserves credit for making the process quick, easy, and stress-free. He didnât try to upsell us on add-ons we didnât need and was incredibly efficient in getting the paperwork completed.
Above all, we felt like everyone we interacted with respected our time, kept things moving, and got us on our way quickly.â

âI had andrew and he done very well with us, traded my 2018 ford f150 in for a 2021 ram rebel and its been amazing. They got us as close on payments as they could and we signed the papers and went with it. He was a great salesman go see Andrew today!â
