“What a great experience. I love the small dealership feeling where you can turn your head and talk to almost everyone that works there. My experience started with Jerry online who did a great job communicating everything. When I got there I was introduced to Denny the salesman who is just an all around nice guy. Rod the salesmanager was a great guy to chat with with while they went over everything and then Justin in finance knocked it out of the park. It literally took me longer to drive there and back home then it took to buy this vehicle! Very pleased and looking forward to working with these guys in the future!”

“Absolutely by FAR the worst dealership I have ever had the unfortunate experience of buying from. Just purchased a vehicle from them and so far it has been an AWFUL experience. The main sales manager there has messed up my paperwork (multiple times) and was 100% unwilling to work with me on almost anything. All the managers purposely leave their VoiceMail full so you cannot contact them (even after informing them of this). They were more focused on adding on and selling a warranty for my vehicle (even after me expressing no interest in this) then actually working with me or answering relevant questions. They also nearly instantly voided my warranty on my car IN LESS THEN 50 MILES OF OWNING IT, and gave me no warning at all on this as they are HOPING you void the warranty. I have been dealing with the ramifications for this for MONTHS after (was in a sticky spot and really needed to purchase a car). They have been totally unwilling to work with me the whole way, and quite frankly have been some of the most unhelpful, predatory group of people I've met my whole life. They even messed up my paperwork for the car payments, so my car would have went to collections and been repossessed if I DIDNT INTERVENE and fix all of the dealerships mistakes on my own (spending hours contacting PennDOT and other appropriate parties to correct their errors). The main sales manager shifted blame numerous times and told me this was an error on the banks end, which I contacted them and confirmed it 100% was an error on the dealers end. I also paid almost $1k in car repairs in my first 2 months of owning the car, and they never so much as bothered to even call me back about issues they did not fix!!!! The sales person also lied to me about the brakes "not needing to be changed", which DID IN FACT need to be replaced not even 3 months after owning the vehicle, which will be ANOTHER $1k. Absolutely unbelievable!!!!”

“WARNING⚠️ This is going to be a rave review!!! I went online and checked out a few vehicles on different sites. I don't remember actually leaving my number with Miracle Chevrolet, but I'm sure glad I did! Don followed up immediately. I went in with a less than good credit score and a small down payment. There wasn't much to work with. The next day I got a call about a vehicle that had literally just appeared. Enter Justin. He somehow managed to fit it all together by working his financial magic. I came out with an even lower monthly payment than I expected. Brian took me for a nice test drive. I have to thank Denny too. He had to do some detective work to find insurance cards etc. The whole team worked really great together to get me into my 2016 Chevy Trax. So in conclusion,I'm going to say something that is going to sound cliché, but I'm saying it anyway. It is 100% truth. If these guys can get ME a great vehicle with all the challenges I faced, they can help Anyone!!!! Go check them out!!!”
