I am not educated on quality service enough to rate accurately; I can say that the two fellows in the service department were pleasant, transparent and professional. Having grown up with a Master Mechanic dad and now a son who doesn’t live nearby anymore - I did go knowing I would be paying high prices for my 15K service list. I was sure it would be $300-$400 for that oil change and tire rotation by choosing the dealer. $586! Whoa. No repairs, just a 15k fine tuning. And no car wash. 🙄 (was told “we only have one man back there” - but I saw two additional young fellows standing around when I pulled out). Paying that much should include a simple exterior wash. I drove down the street and paid $12 more so I could really feel like I had a fresh start. This was my second experience there of having a non-smiling main show room personnel respond to me. No smile. No can I help you enthusiastic approach. They both offered a “next step” but are clueless of how to “win friends and influence people.” Competition is alive and well and we can choose where to do business. (The first fellow lost selling me a new car by grudgingly passing me off to the used car side.) I will probably not drive to Morganton anymore, since I have experienced enthusiastic at another dealership actually a bit closer. I had purchased my first new car in 20 years in Morgantown based on a referral. That fact and family mechanics explains how behind I am on prices and expectations.

I was very scared to walk into a large dealership. Walker and the entire team at Morganton Honda were kind, helpful and sincere. Walker worked hard to get me into an amazing car and a deal better than I could have wished for. I didn't get a great deal because I'm so clever (I'm not). I got a great deal because these kind folks wanted to get me into the best car at the best price. It's what they do. Fantastic experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Experience at Morganton Honda! I had an absolutely fantastic experience trading in my Charger and leasing a new 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition at Morganton Honda. Walker and Luis in sales were incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every one of my questions and concerns was fully addressed. It was a pleasure working with Joseph, who helped me get a great trade-in value on my 2023 Scat Pack Charger. He made the appraisal process smooth and transparent. Tim made the entire leasing process a real breeze. His professionalism and ability to explain everything clearly took all the stress out of the paperwork. And the communication from Brian and Rodney throughout the process was outstanding and very much appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Morganton Honda and their exceptional team!
