“I really do not like car shopping and over the past 30 years, my husband and I have purchased many cars, however, it was time for me to purchase a new car and I spent weeks looking online and researching which type of vehicle to purchase. I found a Jeep I was excited about and I called the Young Dealership in Morgan. I spoke with Billy Hewitt. He was personable, attentive and extremely helpful but not pushy, at all. He even said he would look at other possibilities based on the information I had given him and send those to me. My husband and I decided to drive up to Morgan and test drive the Jeep. When we arrived, Billy came out and met us and had the car ready for a test drive. He was so good to point out the features on the car and he was very knowledgeable. After the test drive he asked if we wanted to see any other vehicles and he was quick to get the other one we wanted to see. He was not pushy and told us we could take our time and even come back later if we wanted to think about it. I ended up loving the first car I test drove and we proceeded to fill out the paperwork. Billy worked quickly and was friendly and patient with us the entire time. We then worked with Marcus Meadows who completed all the financing paperwork. He was also very patient and took the time to explain the various options. He was knowledgeable and friendly. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!
