“Have to leave 1 star because I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, left my Hummer there thursday till Monday evening at closing and my vehicle was never touched. Service was friendly and did what he could do, but apparently management does not schedule work properly and even though I was scheduling this through g.M , they would not give me a loner car , therefore , I had to pick the vehicle up.. I wasted an hour driving there to drop it off an hour to pick it up in an hour coming back home.. Vehicle was there for 3 days.They never touched it and had no answers”
