I had the pleasure of dealing with Ron, who was very pleasant to work with, he's not pushy at all, he's a great listener and answered all our questions and address all our concerns. I fell in love with the Encore GX on the showroom floor. Ron had the vehicle cleaned up and ready for pick up on the arranged day. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. The only issue I have is with the sound system, I wish is was surround.
