“My wife and I have been loyal customers of Community Ford for almost 20 years and we had the pleasure to have bought another car from them. We just purchased a 2019 Flex. We want to thank Tim, Joel, Bobby, and Joseph to name a few for the continued great service and support! Thank you very much.”

“Community Ford has been helpful and responsive dealer. They found the exact car I wanted. There was a bizarre incident with the steering wheel working loose the first day I owned it. I returned car to the dealer. and they took care of it quickly.”

“Checked and filled all essential fluids with oil change. Upon further review, that was a lie. Service manager Kyle left me a message saying he wanted to discuss this. Called and left him 2 messages and still no call back. Not impressed and looking for new Ford dealer. What else did they not do they charged me for?”

“Update: After posting my original review, Community Ford of Mooresville reached out and has been working with me to find a resolution. We recently discussed options. I appreciate that they took the time to listen to my concerns and are making an effort to make things right.
I’ll update again once the repair process is completed, but so far I appreciate their willingness to work with me and address the issue.
I purchased a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali from Community Ford in Mooresville, IN. Less than two weeks after the purchase, the engine completely failed. I immediately contacted the dealership, expecting some form of support or resolution, but was told that I would be fully responsible for the repair costs — roughly $8,200 — even though vehicles of the same make, model, and year have known engine issues and recalls.
I was also not offered a loaner vehicle or any clear timeline for assistance. This has been a disappointing experience, especially after purchasing from what I expected to be a reputable dealership.
I have now not had any transportation for over a month. I had the car two weeks and it has been broke down for a month. For a dealership that says they value their customers they sure didnt care to sell me a junk car. I asked for a carfax and was given a maintance sheet. I had to get the car fax from another dealership and it showed there were issues with the engine. They knew this issue and didn’t disclose it or provide the carfax. They sold me a junk car knowing I had 3 children to provide for. I traded in a great car for junk.”

“Wouldn’t let me leave no stars. Their crooks. Sold me a vehicle with issues. After trying to sell it to another person with issues. Supposedly put 13 grand into it yet hours after picking it up from their facility where they had it for 2 months I drive off the lot and the check engine light came back on. Was told engine was swapped with no proof no paperwork nothing other then a typed up “receipt” I’ve had 5 other shops look over the engine to try and trouble shoot said problems an have been told on multiple occasions even by their sister company in Bloomington that their screwing me around an needed to make it right. Yet when I an my wife called for a meeting with the manager even asked the two crooks Matt an Sean not to be in the meeting due to lack of communication an professional adequacy an they were still in said meeting. Then to have don tell me an my wife during signing papers a giving them $4,000 for a down payment. That the previous store manager was fired for ragging the vehicle out. Very shady establishment an very unprofessional wouldn’t advice anyone to go to them. Their sister branch in Bloomington is 1000 times better an ran how it should be. An I can’t get in any trouble for this considering I have the phone calls a text saved an recorded. An when an if this is deleted it will be made known it was deleted an shared on other platforms”
