“I flew across the state to go pick up a truck that was listed (I found it on Facebook marketplace actually!). I worked mainly with Jonathan Munger, who was super responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions (and then some), sent me videos and extra pictures… and when I flew out, he was super easy to work with. He picked me up at the airport and we took the vehicle on a nice long test drive. I felt like the vehicle was priced very fairly for what I had researched, so I didn’t feel like I was in that eternal “back and forth” with the sales manager and financing office. It was… just super easy overall. Guillermo (manager) and Waseem (finance manager), were both super helpful and made the deal happen. The whole team was great!”

“Took a 2018 Ford Explorer in for an AC fix in August. After two weeks of them having the vehicle and not getting any updates, called and was told that the compressor for the fix was on backorder but that the vehicle was not drivable. I waited another two days and was told the same thing again. I explained that I needed the vehicle for driving to work and whatnot. After some convincing, it was agreed that I could pickup my vehicle the next day, and could wait until the part came in and bring it back. Thankfully they called in DECEMBER letting me know that the part came in. They took the vehicle in on a Friday, and after a week of getting no updates, I called and was told the vehicle was finished. I was charged an insane amount for 5 hours of work, treated pretty poorly and was given the excuse that the original gentleman that took the vehicle in was no longer working there and that there was some mix-up in the process of getting the whole situation solved. The service person i dealt with game me a 10% discount on the whole bill which was still extravagant for them not really caring about providing updates and fighting me when I said "if you are waiting for a part that is not essential for the vehicle to run, can I have my car back?". I was lied to in every step of getting my AC fixed when this started in August, treated poorly along the way, and then finally hammered with a bill that really put an exclamation on the whole disappointing ordeal. I will not be going back to this establishment, and will not have a Ford vehicle going forward. If you need a vehicle fix and expect these guys to take care of you, go elsewhere at any cost.”

He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with every step, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for my daughter. In the finance office, Guillermo made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, presented options without any pressure, and helped me secure a great deal. “I’d give zero stars if I could, took my vehicle in mint condition to get it serviced just a all around inspection as soon as I got it back the steering wheel was scratched in the pretty trim it has and they denied me a replacement because it was part of the whole steering wheel column, which is not cheap. I do not recommend unless you want nicks and scratches when you pick your vehicle up they definitely should’ve taken more care of a brand new car especially being a dealership!”
