“Kami at Twin Lakes was a delight to work with. She had a calm and sweet demeanor. She was transparent and patient. She took the time to try out the various features in the model we were considering. If she didn’t know the answer she was upfront and admitted she didn’t know but offered to go ask or research to find the answer. She stayed late in the rain to make sure we had our chance to test drive the vehicle. We came a little over an hour to see the vehicle we were interested in. Prior to us coming, I looked up the VIN and plugged it into Kelly Blue Book to make sure the list price fell in the market value range that they listed it at. This dealership was the only one that had the vehicle listed in the market value range out of every chrysler dodge dealership in an hour radius from Kokomo. Seth in finance/sales took the time to negotiate a little with us on the price and show us the warranty packages. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
