“Paul Grenyon has been our family's long-standing contact and salesperson at the Lansdale location in PA. At this stage, Paul truly feels like part of the family. We always feel welcomed, and above all, we appreciate the transparency and honesty in our dealings. This year, we even had the pleasure of enjoying a football game with pulled pork sandwiches while we waited. I had the chance to meet the owner, Jay, and our finance representative, Jeremy, who couldn't be more pleasant! Once again, what an incredible experience... looking forward to seeing you soon!”

“Bought my jeep here and have been coming in for service for 10+ years. Yesterday, I had an incredibly unpleasant interaction with the service manager, Matthew, and will never be back. I had my car inspected and paid $1K Tuesday 11/25. My check engine light came on Saturday 11/29. When I called and expressed my frustration after being told I’d need to spend another $500 to fix the new issue, instead of being met with understanding, Matthew was just rude. After asking for his name, his response was “what are you going to do? Fabricate a story?” I will not be back.”

Finally Got My Jeep!
After years of being responsible and always wanting a Jeep, I kept my eye on the prize but my foot off the gas. A few weeks ago, I started casually browsing online to see if the right one might pop up — and it did! I stumbled across the perfect Jeep for me; it almost felt too good to be true.
I emailed the dealership that morning, and even though they were closed, I got a quick and friendly response from Paul Grenon with more details. As soon as they opened later that day, Paul followed up with a text. I stopped by after work for a test drive and the rest is history!
Paul was friendly, informative, and patient, answering all my questions along the way. I’m so excited to finally be cruisin’ around in my new Jeep and really appreciate the great customer service from the team!”

“After reviewing lansdale Chryslers’ website, I came across a 2022 Ram 1500 limited in Patriot Blue with the Ramboxes. This is the 5th Ram 1500 I’ve purchased as in my opinion the best pickups. In any event, I had to go see the truck in person taking the 2 hour drive from NY. Lol unexpectedly arriving actually an hour before the dealership opened. So I found the truck in the lot and I must say, I was determined to own it. Upon David Peton’s arrival, he respectfully and kindly introduced himself. My experience from this moment on was easy, without stress and was kept comfortable throughout the entire process. A little back and forth respectful banter with Andrew Haenn, eventually closing a deal. It was definitely one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences I ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, genuine, knowledgeable and professional. Above all, David Peyton (sales), Andrew Haenn (Manager) and Jeremy Sweeney (Finance) were very transparent and accommodating. I’m very happy with my purchase and their service is amazing. Thank you guys and the Lansdale Chrysler Team. A Dealership definitely recommendable.”

“Long story short, I took my 2021 Cherokee (that I got from this dealer) in for an oil change last Friday morning and decided to wander around the lot as my lease would soon be ending. It was before the dealership had opened for the day, not one but two salesman stopped to say good morning to me as I was checking out a 2024 Compass. I picked up my Cherokee and went home and immediately searched the dealer for the Compass. I decided to call and inquire about the vehicle and Jim Collins picked up the phone. All I can say is wow- I have never in my adult life come across a salesman as thorough and vested in making a great experience for the buyer as Jim!
After going over my options it was decided it would be in my best interest to wait a few months to lease a new car. Me feeling defeated, understood and I left and thanked Jim for all his help explaining my options.
About an hour later, I emailed Jim and said that I really wanted the car. He knew I was serious and took the time to work with the business manager to crunch the numbers for me. That evening after close of business he called and left me a voicemail stating that he was able to make it happen. I can't thank him enough for the open communication and honestly throughout the whole process.
Then this happened. When I scheduled to come pick the car up, I found out he wouldn't be in the day I originally asked for. Here he had a procedure done that day and was still texting me information about the car that I needed for my insurance! He was in the next morning to deliver my vehicle as if nothing had ever happened! This man is an absolute gem, and you will have a customer for life because of him. Thank you Jim Collins and Lansdale Jeep for making the daunting task of getting a new car so seamless.”
