“My wife and I, we were not planning to buy a vehicle at this time, but it only took one little trip to Camino Real Chevrolet in Monterey Park. Upon arrival, a sales rep right away, greeted us respectfully and asked if we were looking for something in particular to buy. I told him my ideas and he did not hesitate to show me some of the vehicles on the parking lot. He showed me a few suburbans and Tahoe’s and he got an idea of what I was looking for at the moment. We were busy so I scheduled an appointment with Josh Iwai for next week. Josh was very communicative with me and was showing me a few more vehicles through text message so he already knew what I was looking for on Feb 01,2026 we went for our appointment and he was able to help us out really fast with what we want. The process was easy and simple and did not take much of our time we walked out with a 2024 Chevy Tahoe with only 7000 miles on it not bad for a first time family card. I really appreciate Josh for helping us out in our purchase I would really recommend Josh Iwai the sales person to family and friends good job Josh very professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell us something that was out of our budget or style he got straight to the point and had a Chevy Tahoe ready for us. He sold us exactly what we wanted and what we were looking for.”

“The process of buying the car was easy. Having the car dropped off with a massive bumper scratch by the dealership was frustrating, but thankfully they fixed it. Finding out that they sold me a vehicle with an infotainment fault that clearly missed their inspection stings. Having to deal with inflexible scheduling for a fault they overlooked and having to pay for a rental for something that should not take longer than 15 minutes to diagnose and 5 minutes to fix stings more. The time I spent going back and forth trying to schedule something so I can make it to work was insulting. Avoid their service department. The sales department is alright, minus the extended warranty they sold not being able to fix their mistake with a drop of flexibility. The inflexibility and stupidity of being able to do a fast fix they should be responsible for just screams "where theres smoke, there's fire." This is literally a loose wire that can create a safety issue, but is a fast fix and one they clearly missed. Unless they have a specific vehicle you absolutely need and can only get there, it migjt be best to go to a different dealership. The dysfunction trying to talk to their service desk is whacky to the point of insanity, especially when its a fault on a vehicle they sent me that should not happen in the first 6 months of an extremely low mileage vehicle.”
