“Worst experience ever at a dealership, yet I am not surprised, dealership like these are why buying a car is so stressful. I drove 40min from my house because I saw this 2024 toyota corolla just for them to tell me that it was just a price to get customers in the door but they would not sell it at that price. It was all just bait and switch scam. Do not buy your car from here. Brian the sale manager said they have to do it like this in order to get customers in because other dealerships are doing it. I think this is ridiculous. Just because other dealership are scamming their customers that doesn't mean they should to.”

“Robert Garcia, was a really great internet sals manager, knows everything about cars, has a few years in the dealership but this man knows his stuff about vehicles. Really great person, awesome character, gave me some advice, which I appreciate alot and I thought it was really great for a person like him and coming from a child of god. I really recommend him a lot if someone wants to come down here to metro Honda.”

“I received a text from my previous salesman David indicating that he had been promoted and asked if I wanted to get into a new car.
A few days later, I came in and David was working with someone so he introduced me to Ryan. Ryan who took me out to test drive a 2025 Crv in the pouring rain.
Ryans knowledge was outstanding and he was very detailed in his explanation of the different models.
With his help, I ended up selecting the showroom model. It truly is the car of my dreams, and I love it.
The financing was easy.
I shot out to David who put it all together. Ryan, Wilber, Samantha and Luis , who dropped of a battery. A special shout out to John Laine for making all things possible
And giving me the best rate possible.
Many people ask me about the car and my experience and I have told them nothing but great things about your dealership.

Can say that the internet salesman Mr. wu & and Larvele the sales manager made the process as professional and courteous as I was hoping. I appreciate them making the process as smooth as it can go when one is investing in a large purchase. I also had the pleasure of sitting down with Samantha Poblano Delivery Specialist and she was awesome, breaking everything down regarding tech features, and the how the use of Honda Link works in sequence with Honda new vehicle technology. “I was skeptical buying out towards the Montclair and the Inland Empire I was born and raised in pasadena and only bought from the SGV area . So I took a risk and lpurchased a 2015 Lexus Rx 350 this week on Monday November 24, 2025 in Montclair, Ca . I’m a single disabled mom who just recently recovering from neck surgery. I seen an ad on fb of METRO HONDA decided to see this 2015 Lexus RX 350 well that was a huge mistake not only did I feel they scammed me they ran my credit w out my permission as a cash paying customer I told them not too.
They did anyways and they were sneaky and charged me for an accessory I strictly said no too! They did it anyways so they can get some money out of a cash up front purchase. I was scared and told them I have anxiety and scared to be scammed as I am a single mom who (women ) and have been scammed before by men. They assured me that they weren’t going to try that w me. So , let me tell you my horror story. I drove my car to the drs appt and my transmission went out left me and my 15 year old stranded in the middle of the road. I tried called metro Honda tried to speak w the manager he never answered the phone I was left on hold for 15 mins than I hung up kept trying over and over . I spoke to a salesman John said row the car to the dealership they will inspect it only amd give me a loaner . But they will not pay for anything . I would have to pay for the service. Also , I would have pay for the tow over $350 bc I live in Pasadena and my plan didn’t cover that far. I just paid $15,500 just the other day for a car that is not drive able a death trap and they won’t fix it or help me at all. Now bc it’s Wednesday they close at 6 pm so it would take the tow man 1 hr -2 hrs bc of traffic and it being thanksgiving Holiday. They would not accommodate and wait for us to drop off car. So now I was told to wit til Friday and call them back. I had the car towed back to my house. No manager has called me since 3:30 pm today now it’s 10:46 pm. I have been scammed. Women pls do not go to this dealer at all . All men looking to scam vulnerable women even the disabled this place is a scam/car lemon dealership who steal money from vulnerable women/Disabled
I’m waiting to see if they will do the right thing. I will be contacting an attorney. Please stay away from this place.”
