I purchased a 2023 Acura Integra A Spec a little over a month ago from this dealership. The sales representative who helped me the day I came in was Jesus Gomez and he was a tremendous help. It was a long process but he insured it wasn’t an incredibly difficult one. He was very helpful and truly seemed to care about the customers. His assistance made the process of purchasing the vehicle a pleasant experience.

On Sunday, I called about a car I was interested in about an hour before closing to confirm I could come see it. Martha assured me the vehicle was ready and available. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes to the dealership. When I arrived, a salesperson named Sunday told me the car was not available and that I should come back another time, saying he would call me. That trip was completely wasted and could have been avoided if they had just been honest over the phone. The next day (Monday), they contacted me and said the car would be ready to view on Tuesday. I drove another 30 minutes to give them a second chance. When I arrived and asked for Sunday, he immediately had a bad attitude. He mentioned there was a crack in the windshield—something that was never disclosed before. I don’t understand why they would invite a customer to see a car that isn’t ready. Then he tried to say the car would come with four additional add-ons if I wanted to purchase it. I clearly said I wasn’t interested in add-ons. The whole interaction felt pushy and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to go inside myself. When I spoke to the manager, Joe, I explained the situation. While he was more polite, he also tried to upsell. The car was listed at $25,000, but suddenly the price jumped to around $32,000 with fees and extras. Looking up other sites in front of me and changing numbers felt very unprofessional. Overall, I felt my time was not respected. Two 30-minute drives, poor communication, attitude, and upselling tactics made this a frustrating experience. I was genuinely interested in buying, but this process completely turned me off. I hope they improve their communication and transparency for future customers.

Have the dealer service only raised the prices but lowered the service standards? I paid over $90 for my Acura oil change service. I have received Multi-Point inspection service together every year in the past. but this year it's omitted, was that intentional? I called to inquire and was told someone would get back to me, but i haven't heard back since. Customer# 713730

diana is amazing!! she’s probably the best person i’ve come across working in customer service. she was SO nice and so helpful. she made things so easy for me. she has the best personality and is honest! i would not feel comfortable going to anyone else besides her. someone give her a raise 😆💞🩷
