My husband and I have purchased and/or leased at least 8 vehicles from this dealership. We have purchased all of our vehicles from Eddie. Of course we understand that they are in the business of making money but what happened to us on our last visit borders, in our opinion, on down right theft by deception. I’m going to try and explain the issues as precisely as I can but it won’t be easy. We traded in two Ford Bronco Sports and in turn leased two 2025 Ford Bronco Sports. The payments we were quoted were too high but yes we except that is on us for not understanding that we could bargain the trade in value, however what transpired from there is where the problem begins. We were quoted two payments. Then I said I definitely wanted heated seats and a phone charger (which I was not told is pretty much standard equipment) since we were told my husbands choice did not have it. They then preceded to get me a different Bronco but ADDED $17 a month to my payment. My Bronco was listed at a lower MSRP than my husbands but MY payment went up. In the end, when we got home my husband had the identical features in his Bronco. Problem No. 1. When we went into financing (Vinny) requested we come in separately? Really? But we did. We were each told that because Fords computer system was down and we had to wait that we were getting 3 free oil Changes. We were also sold a wear package that supposedly would add $14 a month to our leases. Approximately two weeks later we received paperwork welcoming and thanking us for PURCHASING the oil changes at $299 each. I immediately looked at our paperwork and indeed there was an UNSIGNED document relating to both the oil changes and the wear package. Problem 2. I called Eddie and told him and he said to send him a copy and we would be refunded. He also stated Vinny would be in touch. Neither happened. After not hearing from either of them I called the dealership and asked to speak to the General Manager. I was asked my name and why before I was connected to someone who answered this is JOHN. I had no idea who John was and asked for a last name which he unpleasantly gave me. He was the absolute rudest person I have ever talked to who was in his position. He lied to me and said that they were “free” but they had to list the price as if we paid for them. The conversation went absolutely nowhere and he was actually going to hang up on me. No respect whatsoever was given to me. As a side note my son actually walked in during the conversation and asked who that was and could not believe how he was speaking to me. Problem 3. I did end up receiving a phone call from Vinny who I questioned about the unsigned paper when EVERY other paper had out signatures. He said “they” keep a signed copy but just print us an unsigned one! Does this make sense to anyone?? He did them email the copies they had that were signed. I was directed to call BRETT who was in charge of this dealership and I did. He returned my call and actually appeared to confirm that if the cost is on the agreement we DID INDEED pay for it. He was going to listen to the phone call, look over all of our paperwork and told me we WOULD BE MADE WHOLE not to worry. I have not received any return call by Brett to inform me of ANYTHING. I called and left TWO voicemails snd had an operator send him an email. Problem No. 4. Obviously I have all the last names of the individuals I’ve mentioned along with the dates, times and documentation to prove what I’m saying here. I was away at a family funeral but I’m back in town and plan to take this matter wherever I can pursue it. My recommendation is to avoid this dealership and if you don’t be very careful of how they treat you. Long time customers mean nothing!!! I will NOT be purchasing or leasing another vehicle here or at any Cochran locations! UPDATE:: their response = NO RESPONSE.

UPDATE: Austin called me back and it turns out the issues were due to him being out of the office and the central scheduling department not logging pickups correctly in their system. He was quick to correct this and promptly had my vehicle picked up and serviced! Terrible service department - no shows, ducks calls, won't return phone calls. I chose this center because they provide a valet service within 10 miles. This appointment is difficult to book over the phone. It depends on who you get when you call in. Most reps will only be able to take a message and assure you that someone will call you back quickly (this doesn't happen). I had to call multiple ties until I got someone who could book the appt. I received multiple text and email confirmations. Then, the day of the service... no one shows up! I waited a few hours and called in and they informed me the driver didn't show up to work. If that was the case, I would have expected them to PROACTIVELY call customers to give them a heads up and get them rescheduled. I rescheduled for a few weeks later, received and multiple confirmations from Austin G. Again, no one showed up! I've called the service line and left multiple messages with Austin Gockel over the last few weeks with no response.

Place is so bad I actually have to redo this negative review I did. I was there a few years ago and I was interested in buying a car. I get in there and there were 3 sales guys on their phones not even looking at me. Are they allergic to money? I’ve been in sales for years I would have been fired on the spot. I then came in another time because my key faub was broken. It took me multiple times to try and get ahold of someone and everyone was extremely rude. What makes me angry the most is an arrogant representative called me and asked about my review and he said “I can’t speak on what happened years ago”. Pretty much that told me they don’t care about customer service. Don’t go here! Shultz ford is a much better place with much better service and staff.

I went into #1 Cochran Ford Monroeville on 12/11 to purchase a backup vehicle. I found a 2017 Ford Escape with low mileage (51500). I did wait a little while to sign papers, but that's the way things go. On 12/21/25,I was driving home from the grocery store 2 miles from home and engine overheated. Ididn't know what to do....I remember the sales manager, John C, telling me to call if needed anything. I called the him on 12/22. We spoke on how i couldn't get my newly purchased car back to the dealership. He arranged to have my car towed to the dealership. My car was picked up via flat bed within a few hours. They said they would deal with the warranty company. They repaired my vehicle on 12/23, and returned my car to me (in my driveway). Thank you John C , John T. Thanks Mason M . I will only deal with #1 Cocrahan Ford in Monroeville. I've already referred my friends/colleagues.

We had a great experience! Mason was very knowledgeable and and went above and beyond to help me find the car of my dreams. Vinny was also fantastic making the paperwork process quick and easy, and explaining everything clearly. I couldn’t be happier with my Bronco and the service we received. Highly recommend Mason, Vinny and the whole team!
