“I had a great experience buying a used vehicle from Vanessa at Zimmerman. I saw I car on their website that might be good for my college age daughter. I stopped in on a Friday evening and gave her the keys to my possible trade in and she gave me the keys to the car I was interested in. I took it for a 15 minute drive and when I came back she had the appraisal ready as well as some initial numbers. No pressure. I told her I would sleep on it and the next morning we negotiated briefly by text and reached an agreement. I came in a few hours later and the car was prepped and ready.
