“Where do I even begin. I guess where I need to start is with a a statement that I swear as much as this sounds like a tall tale it is almost for verbatim on what happened. It started with my mother having her vehicle there prior with issues. She noticed another issue that was for sure definitely certain that was not there when her vehicle had been dropped off that was now an issue. She had called to schedule another check on the vehicle in which they wanted to push back or just dismiss the issue. I looked at her car and diagnosed that a line had been severed in which was causing the problem. After her vehicle was dropped off the 2nd time it was my turn to pick it up. They put a "band-aid" on the line and were quoting her almost $600 for a new line that they severed. I asked why they weren't going to fix it on them which is where everything escalated. I told them i did not want to sign anything till i seen the vehicle first. They kept telling me it was on us for the damages and would not listen to anything I had to say. That is when the service manager came out and said the same thing as his cronies and asked what my problem is. He then proceeded to keep blowing my claims off and kept stating the damages were on us. I told him to come out and look at it in which he reluctantly did. This is where he told me to enlighten him on what could have possibly happened. I proceeded to show a possibly to where he kept making fun of me and blowing the situation off. That is when my partner who was there to drive the vehicle home chimed in and explained to him there is no possible way it could be on us due to the call logs of my mother calling the dealership as soon as she was there to pick up her car and the time stamped photo of less than an hour after she picked it up of the severed line. The service manager then flipped a switch and went from smiling and making fun of us to rage and violence in seconds. He proceeded to tell me to sue the dealership and retaliated agains my mother who isnt even there by saying that my mother who isn't even there that she is no longer allowed to be serviced there and that I am banned from the dealership. About 30 minutes to an hour goes by when my mother received a call from the service manager apologizing for his actions but putting the blame on me and stating I am still banned from the dealership. His cronie then called to tell my mother that his service manager called to apologize and then proceeded to make fun of me to my mother. I have spoken to her in which she has told me that she will be only using her warranties until they are over and will never be using this dealership or there chains again and will just have me or other small shops to repair her car from now on. I have even attached the line they severed and refused to fix.”

“We were wanting to replace our 2016 Miata that we sold in a weak moment and found one in transit to Key Auto Mall. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Mason Bealer. Mason assured us he would let us know as soon as the car arrived. He called back immediately when the car was on their lot. We live 200 miles away and were able to drive there within a few hours and were back in record time with our new Miata. All of this couldn’t have happened without Mason’s great follow through and help throughout the buying experience.”
