I have mixed feelings about this dealership. 1. I bought a used kia from here with it noted in the agreement that the windshield would be repaired as part of the deal. After evaluation it was determined it was previously repaired so the repairman could not repair it again. I reached out to the dealership to try to remedy and it's been almost two weeks without a valid response back. I talked to a manager about my concerns and the repair and I was told I would get a call back but there's no sense of urgency. They made a sale so they don't care about the customer anymore. They don't seek to build good relationships with the consumers. 2. My mom had an appointment for her recall and a pushy salesman pulled her to look at a new vehicle and didn't ensure her vehicle was properly checked in to be serviced which caused her to have to wait even longer to have her recall repair completed. And after she stated she wasn't interested or wanted to wait he persisted on pushing the subject to the point that she doesn't even want to do business there anymore. 3. When my mom previously purchased a new car, they were not willing to provide any deals unless she wanted to finance. She wanted to make a cash deal and so they weren't willing to be flexible. This is not the way to do business and it just pushes the loyalty of customers away. Other dealerships don't have this mentality. They need to be more customer centric. Sales can be made without this take it or leave it vibe and pushy / aggressive approach. I didn't want to post such negativity but the unresponsiveness in trying to remedy is just horrible.

Had my Kia warranty-serviced after I dumped 6qts of oil around my town. Thankfully the entire service was covered and Carlos went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Their service team even repaired additional recalls that I had no idea were on my vehicle. After a small hiccup where my car had to be brought back down to the shop, Carlos remained professional and accommodating to have his porter- Angel come and pick it up and bring it back once repairs were complete, and with a courtesy tank of gas! Thanks for having an amazing service team!

I recently purchased a car from Valley Kia of Modesto. I worked with three individuals namely Andrew, Anthony and Admiral. This was an amazing team. Almost like a super Navy carriers ship under the command of an experienced, Admiral, this team delivered my car from California to Colorado successfully. They were a very harmonious team, You could feel their respect and trust to each other, well as each of their competence. This provided a very kind and satisfied customer experience. They were following each step carefully with precision. The car was exactly as described, but also meticulously clean when it had arrived. So, I was very impressed with their attention to all the details. Overall, this was a Five star Michelin type experience. I recommend this team and this dealer to everyone without any reservation. Thank you, Admiral Andrew, and Anthony! I am enjoying my new car!

My mom and I came in on Tuesday, February 10th to purchase my first car and I was very surprised at how easy the whole process was! Donovan was very quick, honest, and helpful. I wasn’t afraid to ask a question and felt very confident about my decision to buy from Valley Kia. Towards the end of my purchase VJ came to assist us as well. He was very kind and really took the time to explain everything to me. VJ worked with my price point and made the buying experience stress free. Thank you again!!

We came in on Monday November 17th to make a deal on a 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid. We had already discussed getting an out-the-door price (including taxes, title, and fees), and we *shook hands* on $49,300 OTD. Lo and behold, when the paperwork came out, the salesperson (Anna) and Sean tried to **bake my $5,000 down payment into the “out-the-door” price**. If I hadn’t caught it myself on the final paperwork, I would’ve never noticed they were actually charging me **$54,300**, not the agreed-upon ~$49,300k OTD. That is extremely shady. Secondly, I paid the $5,000 down payment using my debit card. I was told the charge would be reversed immediately. It wasn’t. I had to call this dealership **four or five times**, and even **seven days later**, the refund still hadn’t been processed. I had to call again at the end of the business day Tuesday November 25th just to confirm it was finally being taken care of. Which it had not even been processed yet! And lastly, instead of apologizing, they made **me** feel like the problem for simply wanting my **own $5,000** refunded. Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I would never do business here again. Buyers, **double-check your paperwork** and be careful. I will be sure to share this experience with anyone I hear buying a new car for years to come. We ended up going with Folsom Lake Kia and we got the same vehicle for 49,500 OTD, no shady business.
