“Tonight is the third time waiting over an hour. Even with an appointment we are unable to even test drive a car. The manager said we will take off you off the list and good bye. Trully this business doesn't appreciate customers. 1st visit...Disappointed Went to test a car . Had to submit copies of id and insurance. Spent 5 minutes looking at car then left. It's raining and before I could get back the calls started. Test driving a car and being babysat is not a pleasant experience. One cannot control traffic or the rain. I will not drive fast just to get back asap and possibly get into an accident. Very disappointed.”
