“Slow pace staff, truck is done after about an 1:30 minutes and then they have it waiting outside while they bring up paperwork, they should have that done while the trucks in service. Never fails how service is done here. Also the mechanics move your vehicle to the Bay Area and then they take photos of your vehicle they need to take pictures before they get in it, anything can be taken and then they will claim the photo never shows anything was there. Just my thoughts, do better.”
