“After spending over $3200 for scheduled maintenance, the “check maintenance” sensor came on. I wasn’t sure why the sensor light was engaged. I called the service department and left a lengthy message for the service advisor (Buddy) or whoever can address my inquiry about the sensor. To date, no one has called me back to even acknowledge that they have received my message. It’s been 3 days since I left a message. I should have read prior reviews before having them work on my car. I feel like they just wanted to upsell me with services I really didn’t need. Terrible customer service and I should have listened to other customers and should have taken my car to Tustin Lexus. Hard lessons learned. Treating your customers with integrity and creating trust should be the core of their business philosophy.”

“We were searching for a new car and came across the South County Lexus. We were familiar with closer dealers, but Luca Warburton was attentive, communicative, and helpful during the entire buying process. We felt that we could trust and do business with him so we decided to make a trip to the South County Lexus even though closer dealerships were already willing to work with us and we wouldn’t have had to deal with extensive traffic. He never pressured us into anything and answered all our questions and concerns. We really can’t say enough of how wonderful he is. He even stayed with us late in the evening to continue helping us despite his busy schedule after the car was purchased and never once complained. He was always happy to help. The South County dealership is really lucky to have such a wonderful employee who goes above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.”

“I bought a pre-owned here and it was one of the best experiences I have had with dealerships, beginning with the fast response and follow-up by text with Zoey Shetley who professionally assisted me with questions about the car, information and price and then the follow up sale process with Chris Ward who was really efficient and was was able to help me and assessed small details with the car. We found a problem with a tire and he quickly notify his supervisor and put a new matching tire on order. He took care of me very good until it was time for me to drive the car off the dealership. I highly recommend coming here to buy a car even if it is a pre-owned, they will take care of you!”
