“At the end of December 2025, my family bought a one-year-old Lexus IS 350 at this dealership. The salesman who offered us this car put on a very real show, saying that they had two keys to this car, but after inspecting the car it turned out that the second key was not from the Lexus that we decided to buy. But the sales person and the manager promised us to find the second key and send it to us, since we live in Chicago. After that time, we were already tired of calling this dealership and listening to their lies about the key.Two months have passed, and the key has not been sent to us, and when we call, the dealership representatives transfer us to other employees, and then hang up. It is a pity that there are such liars that people trust when buying a car from them.”
