“Was looking for a work van. Lounden Ford had had one that I wanted to look at. Went there with now expectations to purchase a van. Walked in and was greeted right off the bat, friendly sales people were ready to show me the van. Ended up purchasing the van because of the great price and at no point was there any high pressure sales tactics. After picking up the van, experienced an issued, brought it back and they fixed it! No one got angry, everyone talked liked adults to resolve the problem. Thanks you Nick, Andrew and Roger. Highly recommend this place, even if it is a drive from you, just go. And to top it off, got a great bronco sweater!”

“Our car had been totaled, and we were in a desperate search for another one - rental car got quite expensive. We searched for the same kind of a car we had before and found one in Loudon Motors Ford. Long driving and the out-of-state scared us for a second, but then we saw the price. Next second, we were driving 1.5h, hoping to get to the last appointment slot. Seth was waiting for us, welcomed us and was very nice. He showed the car, answered all our questions and was nice and patient. Jake provided us all financial information and answered all questions. He processed our financing very quickly. We spent there 1 hour, which was much less comparing to my past encounters with dealerships. At the end Jake gave us instructions where we can eat - we had 1.5 h driving back. Seth told us final goodbye.
I understand that their main task is to sell us a car and an extended warranty, but it was wrapped in such a humanly kind attitude, which is rare in my experience. We will keep their card in the visible place - something tells me where we will buy a car when we need one.”

“Needed a larger vehicle due to family getting bigger and found a nice used expedition on their lot we wanted to trade our newer Honda crv for. We got paired with Michael and couldn't have had a better experience. Very little haggling and not super pushy to make the sale like other dealers. Great group of people to work with and will definitely be my first choice when we upgrade again”

“We had a very welcoming experience at LMF. Nick was very personable and helpful. He went to bat for me to get more for my trade-in. I feel that I got a good deal on my new WRX as well. We spoke with a few very kind people. It was clear that they all wanted to give us a great car-buying experience. Our only drawback was how far out of the way their location is. Although, the building is state-of-the-art; it's in the middle of nowhere. Overall, I would recommend this sales team to someone searching for a new vehicle. Thanks for your help, Nick.”
