The dealership promised to secure a specific monthly payment for me the next day since it was late, and we even signed paperwork stating that if they got the agreed payment, I would purchase the vehicle. The following day, they didn’t even try to follow through and sold the car to someone else without contacting me. I understand that cars can sell quickly, but making commitments and having customers sign paperwork should mean something. The lack of communication and effort was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would recommend future customers make sure everything is finalized immediately and not rely on verbal promises.”
