“Wow! This review is OVERDUE! I am completely won over by Schlossmann Subaru! Top notch, for sure! The level of customer service and automotive knowledge and expertise is so superior and incomparable! I completely trust my 2014 Subaru Outback to them without hesitation, and feel a sense of comfort even entrusting my car to them.The entire establishment is very welcoming and helpful and friendly. Even the "drink and snack nook" is such a plus and rare to find these days. This review would be remiss and incomplete if I did not give a humongous "shout out " to Assistant Service Manager, Ashley Jackson! Ashley is one of the main reasons why I continue to be a loyal customer of Schlossmann Subaru. I am very impressed with Ashley. She is not only very knowledgeable and focused on her job, but also extremely customer service oriented. Her friendliness, helpfulness, sense of humor, caring about the individual customer's needs prompt me to describe her as "stellar!" I encourage other Subaru owners to check out Schlossmann Subaru of Milwaukee. You will not be disappointed!”

“Scott Turner was awesome to work with. He fit with our needs perfectly. He was not high pressure and didn't use "car salesman speak" with us, he genuinely wanted us to find the perfect car for us.
