“Had the bad kind of news. My older car, already paid off and with a few high cost fixes under its "belt" was now in a bad place. My service Tech Steven was amazing at helping me figure out my options, my interests and my limits and expectations. He went above and beyond in laying out not only what the (Scary) fix would look like (and cost), but also put effort into a selfless act - finding me a possible reimbursement option through Honda itself that might get me some cash back. He also recommending I talk to JT about lease and used purchase options. JT was also great. Laid out plans specific to my actual habits (i.e. I'm a high mileage driver so leasing needed some modifications to make sense for me even to consider). And finally, they ensured I had a loaner throughout my two week repair process. Aiden helped me out at the end with rental issues and was also amazing to work with. I did choose to do the (expensive) repair and keep my 2016 Odyssey with me another year. But I had an amazing experience and I know my options for next time. Long review, I know. But these guys do deserve the shout out. In the end they made things work within my budget, trimmed out the extras, made sure I had a loaner I could use/afford, and got me back in my car as quickly as the circumstances (and cost) really allowed. Ty guys.”
