I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced during my recent visit to your Mitsubishi showroom. I spent approximately 20 minutes in the showroom, during which no salesperson approached me or offered any assistance. Despite being clearly interested and waiting, I was completely ignored. This lack of attention was extremely frustrating and made me feel that my time was not valued at all. Visiting a showroom is expected to be a welcoming and informative experience, especially for potential customers. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer experiences I have faced, and it left me very dissatisfied.

Dewayne the sales consultant has a very big sense of humor and was very patient. Made me comfortable & my experience one to remember by prancing me with the artificial coffee spill 😂. Lisa is amazing as well the finance consultant, she was patient with me and did all she could to get me the best quotes overall. Thanks yall keep up the phenomenal work

First issue was they claim the car only had one key .. okay fine , I got the one and went on. A month later , get a call about having another key. Go pick up my key and was told to take it to the service people to get it programmed. Well that was a dead end. The guy was rude to begin with. Asking what kind of car i got , and that he can’t program that key because he is a Mitsubishi dealer. Then goes to call the “Lisa” and she says she’s not picking up the fees or charges to get the key programmed. To me that makes no sense, because why give me a key that isn’t programmed only for me to have to be out of an additional $200-$300 for a key they could have kept.

Ms Lisa was recommended to me and she did not disappoint talking to her felt like she really cared, she went above and beyond to get me a vehicle after my car broke down. Very welcoming environment it felt more like family from everyone there 10 out of 10

Rating:

Tried to get my emissions tested and the technician couldn't work the computer. He said my car's computer wasn't working. I have an OBD II at home and it's working just fine. Please properly train your technicians
