“I dropped off my Patriot for a new back tire and to fix the dashboard brake light. They said the brake light part was no longer available and that is okay. They also suggested an alignment with the new tire and I agreed. After “fixing” the alignment, they said “the steering wheel is a little loose” when I went to pick it up. It was not loose before their “fix”. It is now totally unsafe to drive. It has now been two weeks and they have not returned any of my repeated calls to find out when it will be ready. So, I drove a borrowed car there to find out when it will be ready. They said that they don’t know because their mechanic is at school. Terrible technical and customer service. If you need your vehicle worked on, find somewhere else.”
