“I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
They are only friendly when you’re in the process of buying a car. Once the sale is complete, their attitude completely changes.
When I called today to explain the ongoing issues I’ve had, the service manager, Ruben, constantly talked over me, showed no empathy, and wouldn’t even allow me to finish explaining my situation. The call was recorded.
The very first day I bought my 2015 Nissan Altima, the transmission failed while I was driving on the highway in the middle of winter. The car wouldn’t go over 40 mph, and I was stranded in freezing weather in a dangerous location waiting for the police and AAA. That situation put my life and other drivers at risk, and when I explained that to them, they simply didn’t care.
The service manager even told me I was “lucky” they fixed it as if I should be grateful they repaired a major defect in a car they sold me.
At their location, they proudly display a Lemon Law sign, giving the impression that they stand by their cars. But in reality, they don’t. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and they only returned my call after receiving the BBB email not because they cared about resolving my issue. During our conversation, the service manager told me, “We’re not at fault, we don’t care if you call the BBB. You bought it as-is.”
I reminded him that their salesperson had told me the car was “safe and reliable” that’s the only reason I bought it. His response? “You signed for it as-is, so we’re not going to help you.”
I’ve been nothing but kind and patient with everyone at this dealership. I was simply hoping for a fair resolution. Instead, they tried to charge me more money to repair their rusted car, the same one I bought just eight months ago a car whose tire came off because the suspension arm broke.
When I explained that to Ruben, he said, “You’ve been driving it fine for the last eight months.” That’s not true I’ve been taking the car to a mechanic almost every month because of new problems that keep appearing. Despite explaining this, they showed no care or accountability.
Every time I’ve gone to them with a problem, they act polite at first, then quickly try to upsell me whether for another service or a new car instead of finding an honest solution.
Their only “solutions” were:
1. Pay $1,100 for them to fix it, or
2. Trade in the same car they sold me and buy another one from them.
Why would I ever buy another car from a company that refuses to take responsibility for selling me a defective one? When I mentioned contacting the Connecticut DMV and Consumer Protection Department, Ruben said, “We don’t care who you contact. You bought it as-is.”
This dealership does not stand behind their cars or their customers. It’s all about money not safety, honesty, or integrity.”

“The experience with the dealer was awesome Warren was very kind and helpful but what I didn’t like was how I felt rushed due to close to closing in the financial part and didn’t notice that I was agreeing paying 19% apr paying DOUBLE the price of what was presented which has me kind of 2nd guessing the purchase . Other than that we discovered the day after purchase the system VIPER wasn’t wiped and the previous owner saw our car and started it up from his phone and showed us making me feel very uncomfortable he is able to track wherever I am and can take my car at any given time .”

“Denis was great, after the test drive I mentioned I had other appointments. I called back at the end of the day asked if the Pathfinder can be Certified he said yes and I was back it the dealership! Process was smooth, everyone in the dealership was friendly! I felt so welcomed, like I’ve shopped there before! It was my first time visiting Napoli, definitely a great experience! Great value and perks! I’m definitely coming back when I’m ready to trade in my car and will recommend your dealership to my colleagues/friends and family!”
