“I recently purchased a car for my daughter. Kevin, my salesperson, was the nicest and most genuine salesperson I’ve ever met. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I never felt pressured, and I genuinely appreciated his professionalism. Kevin is the reason I decided to move forward with my purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the business sales managers Dave Osborne was completely different. He was rude, and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I felt like he was talking down to me instead of treating me with respect. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. If he had been the one handling my purchase from the beginning, I would not have bought a car from this dealership. Kevin made all the difference, but the management experience definitely needs improvement.”

“First of all, this easily could’ve been a five star review. I’ll get back to that. The showroom and facilities are amazing! The people are very nice. The sales person that I dealt with “Jimmie” was excellent. Personable, conversant, and an expert at explaining all the nuances of the new car. It was truly a “no pressure” experience. So why not a fifth star? I requested that the paperwork (offer, finance agreement, etc.) be emailed to me so I could review it all prior to coming in and doing the final signing and pick up. There seemed to be a real reluctance to do that since I never received, even though I was told that he would come. I believe that that decision was made above the sales guy. Not withstanding, the Genesis brand is excellent, and these people are really good at promoting it. I think the procedures should be reviewed.”
