Very nice experience. Came in with an oil leak and it was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Service advisor, Scott, was an excellent communicator and was able to handle my issue with professionalism. He went above and beyond and worked with another service team from the dealer who originally sold me the car to handle the repair under warranty. He even saved the removed parts to show me the method of failure when I picked up the car. Highly recommended.

Very happy with my purchase and the buying experience. My sales guy, Charles Armstrong was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and was helpful in sharing his experience with the many tech details of the vehicle. Everybody at the dealership was cordial and really good vibes there. Side note, love the SUV.

We were very happy with our experience. All of our questions were answered. The vehicle was prepared as agreed on. We feel the experience was better than any we've ever had. From the General Manager to Salesman and Financing. All were very Friendly, Helpful and Appreciative of our Purchase. Kudos to ownership for putting together a Great team. You will have to work to find a better experience

After purchasing several vehicles from another dealer with the last one being a complete disaster, we purchased a low mileage 2012 BMW 128i from Midlothian BMW. Mr. Hill reached out after our inquiry and offered an out the door total transaction price too good to refuse. Got to the dealer at 4pm on Friday and out the door and heading home with everything completed and the car by 6pm. The staff kept apologizing for the delay as there were a couple other customers before me. Two hours is nothing to apologize for but I appreciate the staff’s consideration of my time. I’m pleased to see a business busy and being successful. Every person I met with at the dealership was professional, pleasant and caring even though the BMW I purchased was preowned and not a high dollar sale. Yet I was treated as if I was purchasing a $100k BMW. As Mr. Hill stated, we want long term repeat business. Be assured as long as Midlothian BMW continues to treat us in this manner we will be back as we generally buy a vehicle every couple years. In fact, my wife is interested in finding a convertible BMW later this year so we will be back to visit Mr. Hill and his staff. Keep up the great work.
