“I came to Hyman to see if Rhonda Boothe was available to assist with a possible purchase. My family had worked with her on the purchase of another car a few years back and I was hoping to work with her again, which thankfully she was still working there! She patiently took the time to see what my needs were in a new vehicle, show me a few different options and also test drive with me on 3 different vehicles. When I found the one I wanted, she made sure everything went as smooth as she could, and her and Chris (I think that's the sales or store managers name), were so very helpful in getting my deal done. I absolutely love my new Pathfinder and so glad I had Rhonda to work with again! She has such a pleasant personality and very eager to help in any way she can. The only negative thing I will say is when going to finance to finish out your deal, definitely ask for the older gentleman to be the one to assist. I had the younger guy and he is absolutely rude and definitely lacks customer service skills. But like I said, thankfully they have two, so choose the older gentleman in finance. Other than that, I could not have had a better experience with Rhonda! She and Chris were the BEST!”
